Refunds
All of my work comes with a money back guarantee. I really do want you to be happy, if you are not for whatever reason just let me know and I’ll happily refund your money after you have returned your item. There is not a set time limit on refunds but please don’t be the smuck that wears something for weeks then tries to return it for a refund. Returns need to be clean and in new condition. If I can not re-sell your return then I can not give you a refund.
If you want a refund due to the fit please reach out to me and let me know. I really want to hear from all of my clients. If you’re having an issue with the fit then everyone else your shape probably is too. I really really want to get the fit just right so I truly appreciate you sharing your experiences. You’re helping everyone by helping me perfect the fit, so thank you.
Also I do sell a lot to wonderful folks that have body issues. If you’d like a refund because you are unhappy with your appearance in any of my items there is no need to explain yourself or talk with me about the fit. I want to be sensitive to you. I know how it feels when you have your eye on something for so long and you finally get it, you try it on and it doesn’t look like you’d imagine it would. If you’re experiencing this please take a deep breath, know that you are a beautiful human on the inside and the outside. Let things be for a day or two then try the item on again. If you still don’t like the way it looks on you I’ll happy give you a refund and you don’t have to explain a thing.
When you request a refund I’ll send you a return label you can print out to send your item back to me. You can reuse the original poly mailer if you tape it up with box tape. When I receive your item and check that it’s still like new I’ll issue a full refund back to the method you paid with.
Exchanges
I know I’m a sticker about taking measurements but I completely understand that even if you took precise measurements sometimes we need to exchange for a different size. It’s totally ok, exchanges are just part of buying on line and I really am committed to finding your perfect fit. I may ask you to re-measure yourself as your weight may have fluctuated during the time it took me to make your item or you may be on the edge between two sizes.
After we have figured out what your new size should be I will send you a shipping label you can print out to return the size that doesn’t fit back to me. After I receive your return and confirm that it’s as good as new I’ll ship your new size to you. You will get an email with your new tracking number. After you receive your new size please let me know if it’s a perfect fit. I truly want you to be happy.

Credit Cards
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Taxes
Silk & Cotton will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Hawaii. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
Waitlist
When you click the waitlist button on an out of stock item you will receive an email notification when that item has been restocked. If you do not read your email frequently you may find that the item has been sold out again by the time you get around to shopping this site. You will need to click the waitlist button again to be added to the new round of waitlist notifications that will be delivered upon the future restocking. Being added to the waitlist does not guarantee you will receive the out of stock item, it simply means you have signed up to be notified when the item is back in stock.
